Complaints Procedure
In the event that you would like to make a complaint, please do so in writing at the following address:

As defined in the ABTA Code of Conduct, when we receive your letter an acknowledgment will be sent out no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of correspondence. A detailed reply, or a reply containing a detailed explanation for any delay, shall be sent not later than 28 days from the date of receipt of correspondence.
